The house is located within a 10 min walk to Aro Valley Village and from there it is just a hop to Cuba St. and the city centre. The Highbury bus can bring you home if you wish to avoid the uphill section to Mt Pleasant. This goes past Vic Uni and through Kelburn Village and brings you above Mt Pleasant Rd.The house is situated above two flats so I am looking for reasonably quiet tenants. Stereos and tv no problem just definitely no foot stomping door slammers!House is suitable for friendly, relaxed travelers on working holiday, mature students, and professionals alike.
