Hi there! I'm looking for flatmates to share a 3 bedroom fully furnished house in Aro Valley. Two rooms available, one medium sized for $150 p/w and one double room at $170 p/w.Internet (wifi) is free. Power comes to about $25 p/w per person.Both rooms come fully furnished with Writing desk, clothes drawer, shelving, wardrobe. Queen size bed in medium room and king size bed in double room, and spare bedding for each room.The house is located within a 10 min walk to Aro Valley Village and from there it is just a hop to Cuba St. and the city centre. The Highbury bus can bring you home if you wish to avoid the uphill section to Mt Pleasant. This goes past Vic Uni and through Kelburn Village and brings you above Mt Pleasant Rd.The house is situated above two flats so I am looking for reasonably quiet tenants.
